This page explains what information is collected on speedlinkdog.com, why, how long it is kept, and how you can have it corrected or deleted.

Your card details never pass through this site and are never stored by Speed Link Dog. They are handled directly by Stripe.
Unsubscribing
Every e-mail in the free-class series carries an unsubscribe link. One click takes you to a page with a button; the button is what actually unsubscribes you, so that an automatic mail scanner cannot unsubscribe you on your behalf. It takes effect immediately, with no explanation needed.
Who else has access
Technical providers are involved in running the site. Each one only ever accesses the data strictly needed for its job :
- Stripe — payment processing (Ireland / United States).
- Supabase — hosting of student accounts and progress (European Union).
- Bunny.net — delivery of the training videos (Slovenia, European Union).
- Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of the site.
- Resend — e-mail delivery: messages sent from the contact form, order confirmations, sign-in links and the free-class series (United States).
Your data is never sold, rented, or passed on for advertising purposes.
Cookies and audience measurement
This site uses no advertising cookies and does not track you from one site to another.
That is also why the order page asks how you heard about Speed Link Dog, instead of guessing: the question is optional, and it means you do not have to be tracked. Leaving it blank changes nothing about your order.
Only strictly necessary cookies are used, to keep you signed in to your student area. They do not require prior consent and disappear when you sign out.
Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a tool that sets no cookie, creates no permanent identifier and cannot recognise you from one visit to the next. The data collected is aggregated: number of page views, most-viewed pages, device type, country and referring site. It is used only to improve the site, and is neither sold nor combined with other sources. This strictly limited measurement is exempt from prior consent.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.
To exercise those rights, write to contact@speedlinkdog.com. You will receive an answer within one month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL : www.cnil.fr, or with the supervisory authority of the country you live in.
Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to your student area is through a unique sign-in link sent to your e-mail address — no password to remember, and none to store.
